At Pro Sim Racing, we strive to provide you with high-quality sim racing equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our Return and Refund Policy covers the terms and conditions of returning and refunding items purchased from our website.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Downloadable software or virtual goods.
  • Gift cards.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at returns@prosimracing.co to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Pro Sim Racing error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
